Workout of Vidyut Jammwal:

His workout regime combines martial arts training with various other elements of cardio vascular, weight and interval training.

More recently, Vidyut has adopted and added Anti Gravity Yoga and Suspension TRX to his intense workout regime. Vidyut is also a rock climber.

Vidyut hits 3-4 days in a week only for strength training. His workout mostly geared toward conditioning his shoulder and legs muscles.

Diet of Vidyut Jammwal:

According to Vidyut, “Bodybuilding is not only about training hard, but it is also about having the right approach to nutrition.” Without proper nutrition planning, one cannot achieve the perfect biceps, abs, and shoulders no matter how rigorously he trains at the gym.

Vidyut sticks to his vegetarian diet, as he becomes vegetarian since a decade, which keeps him healthier and mentally active.

He focused on a right mixture of protein, carbohydrate and fats from his diet, which required for muscle building and brain functioning.

Vidyut breaks his diet into 6 small meals which helps to an enhanced metabolism rate. I will not confuse you with his routine diet plan because it can be changed as well depend upon his mood or requirement.

But, I will let you know that what he prefers in his diet-

He loves to eat muesli and south Indian snacks like Idli, upma in his snacks and breakfast. He also enjoys vegetables, pulses and chapatti in his meals. Apart from this he prefers eating seasonal fruits.
