Shilpa Shetty Kundra is one of the great actress not only with acting but because of her fitness. Her perfect body and curvaceous figure paid her more fame. She is also a business women and co-owner of the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket team Rajasthan Royals.

This figure she hasn’t got so easily. She is doing lots of hard work for it.She was also into karate with Black belt and taekwondo. She entered the film industry in 1993. Once she started focusing on acting, she joined the gym to stay fit.

Among all this, Yoga helps her to keep the balance.If she doesn’t have enough time, then she goes to her garden and breathe. It makes a lot of difference to the day that follows. She tries and does yoga for 40 minutes, at least five days a week. She also said avoid aerated drinks and junk food.
