Milind Soman:

I cannot explain him in a single article with all of his achievements. Milind Soman is one of the most charming person even at the age of 53 years as in 2018.

Today also he looks so fit and fine. Children and young generation should have to take his discipline because he is not only a model but also an actor and Sportsperson.

Milind Soman as Iron-man:

Milind is an avid and a very strong sportsman. He has been an international level swimmer.

Milind is Ironman, Ultraman tag holder. In triathlon he has completed a 3.8-km swim, a 180.2-km cycle ride and 42.2-km run raced in that order without a break which the participants are required to complete within 17 hours to win the title of ‘Ironman’. In 2015, Milind Soman completed this challenge in 15 hours 19 minutes in his first try.

He completed Ultrathon successfully in 2017, Florida including 10 km swimming, 424 km bike ride and 84 km of running. He was the only participant who has done this with bare foot.

Milind is tall and handsome guy. He achieved it because he is a fitness freak. He has won silver medal at the South Asian Games in swimming.

According to him, maintaining your life style is the one secret to maintain your health. Below are some points to be considered-

Walking or running is the best form of daily exercise. It has great benefits to your overall health and fitness. Running outside within the natural beauty helps to uplift the mood tremendously. Best results can be achieved in the morning.

Cycling is also best exercise. Cycling helps develop various muscles in your legs. It also gives a great workout to your abdominal muscles and provides strength.

Swimming is very important for core body muscles and it revitalises internal organs. Because of strain that causes to your breathing, your lungs will also get a much needed workout. It tones the body in shape, increases your stamina and reduces fat.

Breathing in right way gives you tremendous benefits. Overall health of our body depends upon the way we breathe. Body will respond more organically, if you breathe in right way. Milind says:

“Not breathing right is a problem faced by most of the world today, and it is absolutely appalling! Breathe right and you will feel uplifted.”

Milind also says drink water frequently in adequate quantity, as we all know our body is made up 70 % of water.


Eat healthy, stay healthy irrespective of age, once you get your body to function 100 percent of its capacity, then you can accomplish most of the things in life easily.
