Importance of fitness in Virat’s life:
Fitness is one of the major aspect because of which he is doing great work on field.
After 2012 IPL, Virat started to give attention on his physique. Before it he didn’t concern about his fitness so much. After he started fitness exercise, not even he but also all world noticed his game.
Virat realized that he need to set routine and set pattern for training, if he want to stay on the top in all formats. With proper workout he also stuck to his strict diet. What to eat, when to train all were scheduled.
All his hard work in Gym (workout), kitchen (strict diet) and Net (practice) paid him and India on Field.

Recently, Virat moved to Vegan diet before five months. He does not eat meat, egg or dairy products anymore.
“I am giving up dairy and dairy products to improve my game and the level of my fitness.”
Because of Vegan diet Virat feels healthier and feeling stronger since his digestive power has increased.
He follows eat-sleep-train-repeat pattern. Virat prefers 1-2 glass of Warm water in the morning.
Virat replaces non-veg with protein shakes for protein. All his diet need fulfil from Vegetables, Salads, Soya, Fruits, Pulses and Protein shakes.
